Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is a complete system of Preventive, Curative and Promotive Health. Its a type of therapy that uses yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and guided imagery to improve mental and physical health. The holistic focus of yoga therapy encourages the integration of mind, body, and spirit.

Bhakti Yoga

Bhakti is a Yoga of devotion or complete faith.Continious meditation of god or object of faith gradually decrease the ego of the practitioner, which further  prevents new distraction, fickleness or even pain and induce strong bond of love.

Mantra Yoga

Mantra Yoga has its origin in vedic science and also in Tantra,in fact all the verse in vedas are called mantras,it is said that any person who can chant or sing vedas can achieve the ultimate salvation or union with supreme consciousness only by chanting mantras.

Chitra has in-depth knowledge of ancient Indian philosophy, which underlies Yoga and Ayurveda, a fundamental understanding of what Yoga is, personal practice in Yoga Sutra, and a grasp of meditation for understanding the Yoga Vidya as well as for the science of mantra.

She has been honored as a certified Yoga Instructor with distinction from an institute of a reputed under Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

She has devoted her life to studying, experiencing, and teaching Yoga as an interdisciplinary science with multidimensional tools and practices which require years of dedication and discipline.
