At OffLimits, we strive to ensure your experience with us is smooth and satisfying. We offer a combination of physical products and spiritual services, and our returns and refunds policy is designed to reflect the nature of each offering.
Please read the policy carefully before making any purchase or booking a service.
1. No Refund for Spiritual or Ritual Services
We do not entertain any refund requests for services rendered, including but not limited to:
- Puja, Path, Yagna, Havan, and other ritual services
- Energy healing, predictions, and consultations
- Live or recorded temple offerings or rituals
- Any offerings made on behalf of the customer to deities or temples
- Virtual or on-demand spiritual services
- Puja Samagri (ritual items) once used or consecrated during a ritual
These are considered non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
2. Product Refund Eligibility
Refunds for physical products will only be considered if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched from our warehouse.
To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please email us at support@offlimits.in with your order details and reason for cancellation. If the item has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
3. No Refund for Virtual Services
Any digital, downloadable or virtual services offered on the platform are non-refundable once purchased or accessed.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Virtual consultation sessions
- Digital astrology or prediction reports
- Online access to Puja livestreams or recorded content
4. Refund for Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a refund may be initiated after due diligence and verification by the OffLimits team, provided it falls within the valid warranty period.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or video evidence of the defect must be emailed to support@offlimits.in
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Our team will verify and approve the request based on warranty and authenticity
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request meets the above conditions:
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is approved
- The refund will be processed to the original method of payment
- It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
